Welcome to kaufmannfrauen. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Company information

kaufmannfrauen is operated by Cafeteria Gloor AG Flims, registered in the Swiss Commercial Register under number CH-350-3000586-7, with VAT number CHE-107.054.888.

2. Products

Our products include handmade ice creams, salad dressings, and garlic butter, crafted in Switzerland using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact appearance of the delivered product.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders placed through our website are considered binding and require full payment at the time of order.

Accepted payment methods: Twint, Mastercard, Visa.

All prices are in CHF and include VAT, where applicable.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland only.

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland. Pickup at our bistro in Flims can be arranged upon request.

Delivery fees:

Orders under CHF 50: CHF 20 (small order surcharge)

Orders between CHF 51 and CHF 119: CHF 9

Orders from CHF 120: Free shipping

Delivery time:

Typically 1 to 4 business days, unless stated otherwise.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the delivery timeframe and that products are received and refrigerated by 7:00 p.m. on the day of delivery.

Delivery is made without signature, directly to the specified delivery address.
The customer must ensure the products are received and stored refrigerated by 7:00 p.m. on the day of delivery.

5. Delivery issues

If the customer refuses delivery without reason, provides an incorrect address, is unavailable to receive the order, or fails to refrigerate products in time, the customer bears all resulting costs.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the goods are delivered damaged or incorrect. Order cancellations or modifications are handled at our discretion and may incur a handling fee.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from improper storage or handling of products after delivery.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
