Caramel Ice Cream: Whole milk (3.8% fat), sugar, full cream, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, inulin, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickening agents (guar gum, locust bean gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium alginate, carrageenan). Allergens: Milk, may contain traces of soy.


Coconut Ice Cream: Whole milk (3.8% fat), unsweetened coconut milk, sugar, grated coconut, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, inulin, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickening agents (guar gum, locust bean gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium alginate, carrageenan). Allergens: Milk, may contain traces of soy.


Vanilla Ice Cream: Whole milk (3.8% fat), cream (35% fat), glucose syrup, egg yolk, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, inulin, vanilla pods, salt, ground vanilla, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids). Allergens: Milk, egg, may contain traces of soy.


Pistachio Ice Cream: Whole milk (3.8% fat), pistachios, full cream, sugar, sunflower oil, salt, coconut oil, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, inulin, emulsifier (lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickening agents (guar gum, locust bean gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium alginate, carrageenan), antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol). Allergens: Milk, tree nuts (pistachios), may contain traces of soy.


Mandarin Sorbet: Mandarins, water, sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, inulin, citric acid, dietary fiber, fructose, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides and propylene glycol esters of fatty acids), thickening agents (guar gum, xanthan, carboxymethyl cellulose). Allergens: may contain traces of sulfur dioxide (as residue) and soy.


Chocolate Sorbet: Water, sugar, 70% couverture chocolate, cocoa powder, dextrose, dietary fiber, fructose, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides and propylene glycol esters of fatty acids), thickening agents (guar gum, xanthan, carboxymethyl cellulose). Raspberry Sorbet: Raspberries, water, sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, citric acid, dietary fiber, fructose, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides and propylene glycol esters of fatty acids), thickening agents (guar gum, xanthan, carboxymethyl cellulose). Passion Fruit Sorbet: Passion fruit, water, sugar, glucose syrup, inulin, dextrose, citric acid, fructose, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides and propylene glycol esters of food fatty acids), thickening agents (guar gum, xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose). We deliver exclusively within Switzerland. Pickup at our bistro in Flims is available upon request.

- Orders under CHF 50: CHF 20 (small order surcharge)
- Orders between CHF 51 and CHF 119: CHF 9
- Orders from CHF 120: Free shipping
Delivery Time:
- Estimated delivery is 1 to 4 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. All deliveries are made without signature and must be refrigerated by 7:00 p.m. on the day of delivery.
